Reservation Procedure

The procedure for reserving a unit entails the siging of a reservation agreement and payment of US$10,000 refundable deposit. Thereafter, purchasers will be required to sign a purchase agreement and make payment in accordance with the payment schedule contained therein.

Monthly Levy
As is common with this type of development, purchasers will be required to pay a monthly fee in respect of the common services provided within the development. Common services will include management of the common property, security, insurance, lighting and maintenance of the external buildings and landscaping maintenance. The monhtly levy will be cost driven and will be calculated on a square footage basis. It is estimated to be US$ 650 per month.

'Siesta' is a Townhouse development consisting of 14 townhouse units situated at Maxwell in Christ Church as shown on the drawings and plans of the Townhouse complex prepared by the architects and submitted to the Chief Town Planner. The ownership of the units will be vested in freehold interest and each purchaser will be responsible for the upkeep of their unit.

The townhouse units will be sold off plan during the course of construction. A purchaser agreement will be entered into by the purchasers and this agreement will contain a timed schedule of payments with the final payment due upon completion of the units.

'Siesta' will be subject to restrictive covenants as set out in Siesta Covenents Conditions Restrictions and Stipulation which will be made available for 'purchasers' perusal.
