Buyer's protection
Reserving the desired apartment gives you a 21-day period that allows you to organize your outlook of the property or to arrange the necessary documents for the signing of the preliminary contract. During this 21-day period the seller cannot sell the property to a third party. In case he does, he is obliged to pay back to the buyer double the amount of the deposit – 3000 EUR.
Buying property in its initial phase of development
30% when signing the initial contract
40% after the construction of the framework and roof
30% after the apartment is completed

Considering the tendency of constant price increases of residential properties, it is highly recommended that you buy your apartment while still off-plan.
Buying a half-completed property
70% of the total property value is payable upon signing the initial contract. The final contract states how and when the remaining 30% will be paid in accordance with the building progress.
Buying a completed property
When purchasing a finished apartment the full amount of the selling price is payable.
No matter whether you're buying a property in its initial phase of development, a half-completed property or a completed property payable are also all fees that are in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation
