Maintenance

For the sake of the owners’ greater convenience the complex will be managed by a central administration, which will ensure the service and management of the complex. That would include the design and the maintenance of the green areas, the cleaning and the repair of the common parts, the servicing of the swimming pool and the letting out the apartments.

The fee is to the amount of 8 Euro per sq.m. (VAT included)

The marketing and sale of tourist packages for River Park will be carried out by the developers own Property Management Company.
