About the area

The small resort of Kiten is situated in a beautiful bay with lovely natural surroundings. The town is situated at the foot of the Strandja mountains, where the forest meets the coast. The town lies just 65 km from Bourgas airport and only 10 km from the larger main resort of Primorsko. It is by far one of the most picturesque and quaint of any Bulgarian coastal resort yet it has escaped the over development of the main resorts.

Payment plan

The apartment prices are determined on the base of their size, floor and view. They depend on the exposure of the room. The apartments are offered for sale, fully furnished under the following payment scheme:

1000 Euro non refundable deposit, valid up to 30 days of the date of the form signing
30% first installment, when signing the preliminary contract This installment is deducted off deposit's amount
30% second installment when the fifth slab is laid
30% third installment upon covering the building
10% fourth installment when Act 16 is issued

Reserving an apartment
Clients may reserve an apartment for a fee of £700 (€ 1000). The property will be removed from the market for a period of up to four weeks.
