Payment plan
Properties can be reserved for a reservation fee of 2000 euros (approx £1400). Unless otherwise stated, the reservation fee is non-refundable, but does form part of any initial deposit.

Date of completion of the complex - June 1st 2007.

The price of each house is subject of negotiations.
Reserving an apartment
Clients may reserve an apartment for a fee of £700 (€ 1000). The property will be removed from the market for a period of up to four weeks.
