The luxury pre-design and custom-design Villas are artfully created to satisfy the most demanding client. Clients are flexible to either choose one the 19 custom-designed Villas or design their own.

Pre-Designed Villas
Pre-Designed villas are a number of properties that are already under construction in specific plots. Depending on the stage of construction, certain adjustments in design can be made while final details will of course be determined by the client. These villas are built based on certain specifications to satisfy all tastes and give the convenience of a fast and easy solution. Purchasers who choose a spec villa have a choice of nineteen standard designs.

Custom Designed Villas
Offering an exciting selection of villa styles and designs located at the eastern plateau. Each style is designed to complement the beautiful landscapes of the resort, combining the sympathetic architectural touches that have become a feature with all the comforts of contemporary living. Spacious, light-filled living areas, generously sized balconies and terraces and private gardens make Mediterranean indoor and alfresco living a real pleasure.
All villa prices include landscape and a full interior design service either by a resident designer or in tandem with one of the world’s leading design groups. A landscape architect, team of architects and civil engineers are also available to advise on technical specifications, interior and exterior finishes plus materials to ensure each villa reflects the owners’ personality and lifestyle.

Village
Commanding an extensive and very well positioned site overlooking the Mediterranean sea and a dramatic gorge, The Village is the latest release.

Within easy walking distance is this gated community incorporating 121 properties – apartments, junior villas and villas.

The architects have been careful to work with the natural contours of the site to achieve a natural and comfortable harmony. Properties are ranged around three terraces, each with an individual character, and offering commanding views towards the sea and the horizon. Whilst several swimming areas are designed within the Village, the informal focus is likely to be around the main swimming pool. This is surrounded by shady trees, a gazebo and pavilion and is perfectly positioned for people to enjoy the spectacular local sunsets.

Villas with unique views
The three-bedroom, two-storey villas are located at the edge of the gorge, offering spectacular views of the surrounding landscape and Mediterranean. Each of the upstairs bedrooms has a private terrace and en-suite bathroom. All are decorated in a traditional Cypriot style, blending old and new, and have a private pool and large terrace.

Junior Villas – charming and spacious
These two styles of enchanting residences are in memory of the mother and father of the legendary hero, Theseus.

The spacious semi-detached villas are beautifully located next to a tranquil conservation area on the resort’s western plateau. Owners have a choice of two or three bedrooms in a layout that offers from around 171 to 191 square metres of living space. The architects have taken inspiration from Cypriot tradition with terracotta, ceramic, wood and natural stone creating a Mediterranean home and complementing the landscape. Full-length shuttered windows in the living areas bring the natural daylight and views inside, while generous balconies on the first floor and stone terraces at ground level are perfect for al fresco relaxation and dining – enhanced by sensational sea views. Each property benefits from a beautiful private garden complete with its own pool.

There’s a genuine and friendly village ambience, as properties are grouped around a central square and linked by quiet streets and charming alleyways, affording tantalising glimpses of the deep-blue Mediterranean.

Apartments – elegant and comfortable
Fall in love with three styles of apartment, aptly named after the fabled lovers of Theseus.

Aware that everyone has a different concept of the perfect home, this also offers a choice of elegant and comfortable apartments. Designed with all the attention to detail and Mediterranean architectural style that have become a hallmark - the apartments offer one, two or three generously sized bedrooms and versatile living space – a total of around 91 to 143 square metres. Naturally, every apartment has a private terrace or balcony and its own parking space, and with just four or six apartments in each building, the ambience is peaceful and relaxing.

Owners and their guests have access to beautifully landscaped gardens, sunbathing terraces and swimming pools that are reserved exclusively for residents ensuring a true sense of community.

Some of the properties are eligible for a new purchase scheme – The Premium Programme – which gives a guaranteed five per cent net income for the first two years of ownership. This is the only organised scheme of this type available in Cyprus.
