Owners, Purchasers and Renters have the responsibility to accurately describe their property through our listing service and to the end user via a direct manner: it is the purchasers and renter's responsibility to confirm the accuracy of the advertisement/listing with the owner - to the extent they feel is necessary. Information contained in advertisements is not confirmed by International Property Directory.com. International Property Directory.com does not provide any implied or express warranties as part of its listing service. International Property Directory.com is not responsible for typographical errors. We hold no responsibility for any failure or loss incurred through accessing information contained within this site. Owners — If International Property Directory.com is unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, neither International Property Directory.com or its owners can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated costs paid by the Owner for the services which were not provided. In addition, International Property Directory.com reserves the right to simply extend the listing for the period during which service was lost, instead of any cash refund.
Listing Cancellation Policy — Once a property or properties have been listed no refunds are available.
Banner and Box advertising — Agreement period covers any Banner or Box advertising. At the end of the agreed period renewals may be offered. No refund is available. We guarantee the period once payment has been made.
Inactive Listings — If you wish to remove your property from the market, we can temporarily inactivate the International Property Directory.com advert and reactivate it at a future date. Your International Property Directory.com listing, although inactive, stays in force through the original term and the renewal date does not change (the renewal date will not be extended during the time that the property is off the market)..
Complaints from Purchasers or Renters — International Property Directory.com reserves the right to cancel any International Property Directory.com listing. In most cases, this would only occur if complaints are received from property renters; however, International Property Directory.com reserves the right to cancel any membership at its sole discretion and for any reason.
Venue — All disputes arising from the use of International Property Directory.com which include International Property Directory.com or its owners as parties to the dispute shall be resolved in a court of law as selected by International Property Directory.com. Any party using International Property Directory.com's services, website, or products in any way agrees to International Property Directory.com's selection of any court or arbitration service to resolve any disputes.
Payments: Payment are required prior to making any listing or link live. We reserve the right to remove any service we offer if not paid for in full.
