On a daily basis the starting price for any development or project can alter purely due to availability of stock - a studio available may be purchased overnight and leave only 1 or 2 bedroom units available. Also the sizes of units available can alter as a 1 bedroom 1,000 sq ft unit may be sold and leave the next available unit at 1,100 sq ft which will affect price.
We guarantee that all prices supplied are as from the seller - and to that affect the Dubai Property developer's we work with will be available to supply information first hand should the buyer wish to proceed. Each day units that do not complete the closing procedure can also be returned to the available sales lists which will alter what is available. When making your enquiry we will check the availablity and prices before supplying back the information to the potential buyer. If a purchase is requested we will make the necessary arrangements for all paperwork and contracts to be supplied directly from the administration department of the relevant Dubai developer.
