How do you start the process of referring and earning?
All you need to do is send us the details of your contacts who you know are interested in purchasing a property within one of our listed developments that are based under our Refer and Earn scheme and we will contact them - be sure to let your contacts know they need to mention your name as the referring partner so we can create a record of the enquiry and ensure you as the referrer is kept up-to-date of the progress of the sale at all times.
How quickly will I receive my Refer and Earn reward?
The referral fee will be paid within 14 days of the completed sale. The referral fee will be paid against any completed sale as a result of a documented referral. You will receive your fee in USD by a Bank Transfer within 14 days of the completed sale, provided the buyer fulfills all of their obligations to the builder or developer who is contracted to IPD.
