Yes - I will inspect the property or meet the builder before reserving I will reserve with a deposit and inspect at a later date when able I am happy to purchase off -plan / unseen as this is an investment I need more information before I can decide

Do you require legal advice before making any decisions?		I require legal advice and would like a list of options I have my own lawyer I will use the builder lawyers as I am confident
