When you choose to purchase, they will complete your villa in 3 - 6 months. You can go and look at the villas already completed to give you an idea of how you would like yours to look. In the complex the water and electric have already been connected and the swimming pool completed. The roads are tarmaced already to use.

Then the remaining cost will be spread over equal payments until your villa is completed . They will try to accommodate these payments to best suit you.

They offer several easy and simple payment schedules.

For those who may need a mortgage. They have their own financial advisor who is there to help with that mortgage application. This application would be made in the UK and not in Turkey. They feel this would be better for their client's as that way they fully understand everything involved.

After Care Package
Once a week one of their maintainance staff will do a complete check of your property. Should they find any problem with your property they will contact you and make sure that it is put right.

Your property will also be aired and lightly cleaned in your absence. This package also includes pool cleaning and a gardening service.

Rental
Should you wish to rent out your property the advertising on their web site will be free of charge. There will be a 10% charge on rental.
There will be a cleaning and laundry service done before your guests arrive. All your guests will be picked up from the airport by them for a small charge.

Welcome Package
The basic package will include milk, butter, bread, tea, coffee, sugar, so no matter what time you arrive you will have the essentials. If you want extra items give them a list and they will purchase them for you. The cost of this will be billed to you when you arrive.

Car Rental
A car can be arranged for you by them, the cost of this will depend on the size of car you choose.

Cleaning
Their cleaning service includes the cleaning of your property plus the laundering of any bed linen or towels.

Pool Cleaning
This will cost you £250 pounds per year. The price for a villa will be slightly different.

Bulding or Maintenance
Should you require any repairs, building work or maintenance done to your property they can arrange this work to be done for you by one of their expert team of tradesmen.

After Sales Services

Furniture
They will take you around the furniture showrooms and assist you with the purchase of your furniture and all your electrical goods for your home.

Solar Panels
If you have purchased one of their own constructions your property will already have Solar panels fitted.
Almost all Turkish homes are fitted with solar panels as this provides you with free hot water through the summer months. For the winter months when there is not so much sun you can have a back up water heating system fitted.

Air conditioning
They supply one air conditioning unit with their own properties and can help arrange any extra units you may want fitted. The cost of these units depends on the size of the unit that you require. Most air conditioning units supply both cold and hot air supply.

Electric and Water
The cost for this is covered if your purchase is from their own construction. If you need to pay for the connection the fee for these services is usuallyaround £150.00 each.

Insurance
A ten year building guarantee comes with any of their own properties.

It is advisable to take out both a building and contents insurace. You will also be required to take out an earthquake insurance.

Satellite
There are several different packages that come with a satellite system. Both non-subscription and subscription.

Telephone
To have a telephone installed you will need to have a residency visa. Some areas of Altinkum do have broadband.

Security bars
You will see that most Turkish homes are fitted with security bars or shutters at the Windows and doors this is for extra security.

Gas
Gas in the Altinkum area is by a calor gas bottle. The gas can be used for both cooking and water heating, the bottles come in various sizes.

Residency visa
If you are going to reside in Turkey you will need to apply for a residency visa. They will take you to Aydin to make your application. There are several different things that you will not be able to do without this visa.

Bank account
When you purchase a property they will take you to open up a Turkish bank account. This is very simple you just need your passport and just a small amount of Money to open the account. They will take you to one of the main Banks in turkey and this is called Turkiye is Bankasi
