Negotiate The Price To Sell
When receiving a lead through a listing website there should be open minded approach to the need to negotiate the price to sell, but only if the purchaser can prove genuine interest.
Even when selling through a regular realtor there will be a degree of back and forth over the price.
It is always though the final decision of the seller, who will know what they are willing to sell the property for, and the seller is in control.
Be prepared to exchange a few emails, as all it is is is time. Until contracts are exchanged nothing is set in stone, it is just negotiation.
